A quiet, well-kept property with security around the clock, a pool, a tennis court, and your own parking spot. The hiking trails up Table Mountain start right behind the building.
The location
A supermarket, restaurants, cafés, and a yoga studio are all within walking distance. There's a bus stop close by, Uber is available, and food delivery works fine too.
Driving times by car outside of rush hour.
"Located in a safe and quiet area, close to a park. There are plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby, as well as a supermarket. If you head into the city, it's just a ten-minute Uber ride."

Two separate bedrooms, a travel cot, high chair, and kids' tableware make things easy even with small children. And outside, a separate children's pool is waiting.
Fibre internet that keeps running through load-shedding, a desk by the window, a fully equipped kitchen, a washer-dryer, and air conditioning. Remote work and workations work here just as well as a holiday.

"It felt like home right away. The area is very safe, and the car was well looked after in the basement garage, with ceiling fans against the heat and everything you need during load-shedding. Check-in and check-out were smooth and flexible, we arrived in the middle of the night."

About us
Cape Town won us over pretty quickly. The mountains, the ocean, the food, and that feeling that there's always something new to discover, even after many visits.
At some point we didn't just want to holiday here anymore, we wanted a place of our own to keep coming back to.
So we furnished our apartment exactly the way we like to live ourselves: uncomplicated, cosy, and with everything you need for a stay of a few weeks.
When we're not there, Zita welcomes you on the ground. And our favourite restaurants, outings, and Cape Town spots? We're always happy to share those too.
